Marinade
  1. Defrost W&W Aurora Farm Prime Rib Roast. Place all marinade ingredients in a zip-style bag. Shake like crazy. Put in your scrumptious looking Prime Rib Roast in this beautiful smelling concoction, remove air and seal, let the mixture do its' magic for 15-24 hours.
Prepare to See some Magic
  1. Pull out your counter top rotisserre! Blow the dust off and get that prime rib in that bad boy! With my brand of rotisserre it was 15 minutes per pound and it came out a perfect medium rare in the center and a juicy medium outer.
